Gutters cleared. Surfaces restored. Nothing hidden from you along the way.
Eden Home Services is owner-operated by Jared Goff — one person, on your roof and in your gutters, who tells you the truth about what he finds. Gutter cleaning and pressure washing, done thoroughly the first time.
Two services. Done right, every time.
Eden Home Services keeps a short, focused list on purpose — so every job gets full attention instead of split focus.
Gutter Cleaning
Full cleanout by hand and blower — roof debris cleared, downspouts flushed and checked for flow. Annual fall cleaning is the single best thing you can do to prevent overflow and foundation damage.
Flat-rate pricing, quoted up front from a few details or photos.
Pressure Washing
Driveways, walkways, patios, decks, and siding — restored to like-new with the right pressure for the surface. Delicate surfaces get a gentler, low-pressure soft wash on request.
Priced by the size and condition of the job. Ask when you call — most quotes take a couple of minutes.
The same three habits, on every property.
We walk it before we leave
Every job ends with a walk-around against what was promised — not a guess that it's close enough.
We tell you what we find
Pre-existing damage, wear, or anything unexpected gets flagged on the spot, not discovered later.
We show our work
Photos from the job, so you can see exactly what was done — even the parts you can't get up on a ladder to check yourself.
Real jobs, before and after.
A few recent before-and-after shots from pressure washing jobs around the New River Valley.
Trusted partners for the bigger jobs
When a job needs more than a cleaning — a failing roof, gutters ready for replacement, a new deck — Eden Home Services connects you with local crews we trust and stand behind.
What it's like to have Jared out
"Jared did an amazing job pressure washing my arbor surrounding our outdoor reception area, plus the steps, deck, and tin roof of our Grooms Hideout treehouse. He shows great attention to detail and making all things look new again. I'll definitely call him for future jobs."Linda Robinson — Selah Springs Farm
"Quick to respond to my text requesting a quote. They advised me they were showing up early to set up the ladders and did an outstanding job on gutters that hadn't been cleaned in years."Jill Larsen Phillips
"Jared absolutely went above and beyond with our home! I can't say enough good things about the job he did pressure washing for us. The difference is incredible—our house looks SO much better. He was knowledgeable, answered our questions, and clearly knew how to care for the different surfaces around our home. He was thorough, paid attention to the details, and the results exceeded our expectations. We're thrilled with how everything turned out and would recommend him to anyone!"Chelsea Hartman
